Trans Europe Halles collaborates with several cultural organisations and networks in Europe and beyond and is a proud founding member of Culture Action Europe – the European Forum for the Arts and Heritage. Trans Europe Halles is also a member of Platform for Intercultural Europe. Trans Europe Halles partners and collaborators include Lund2014, LabforCulture,  Artfactories, ASEF,  IETM, ENCATC, ResArtis, Goodwill and freeDimensional to mention a few.

Finance

Trans Europe Halles and the Coordination Office is financed by membership fees and support from several different funding bodies. Trans Europe Halles thanks the European Commission, The Nordic Council of Ministers, The Swedish Arts Council, Lund2014 and Nokia for their support to the network 2009.
