Floating art gallerie

“Arts Center NOASS” is one of the oldest non-governmental arts and culture organizations in Latvia. It is located on two floating galleries at the very heart of Riga city. Floating art center NOASS is a spectacle of art, music and moving images: contemporary art gallery, a bar and terrace with open-air cinema and stage for concerts with a panoramic view to old Riga. All of it surrounded by relaxed atmosphere for more than 20 years makes these two piers filled with art and loved by locals and travelers.
