Changing Room was the biggest project ever organized by Trans Europe Halles prior to Engine Room Europe. It was one of 4 pilot projects awarded a European Commission grant for cultural networks supporting mobility, and the aim of the project was to test, study and evaluate a cultural professionals exchange and training programme within Trans Europe Halles. 25 TEH members were partners in Changing Room.
