This workshop will share learning from diversity initiatives and actions in England to develop a more inclusive arts and cultural sector and to diversify their workforce, leadership and governance as well as their creative programmes. Workshop participants will also explore how they can become more relevant to communities that are not currently engaging with their activity. Delegates attending the session will have an opportunity to practice what changes they can make to their organisations to make them more inclusive of and relevant to the communities they serve.
