In the past two years, activities of all cultural organisations have been significantly affected by the never-ending Covid pandemic and the war that has been unfolding right here in Europe. Moreover, we feel the effects of climate change on a daily basis, which is reflected in our work. How are organizations able to continue functioning? How do they manage their resources, whether it is the space they inhabit or the team that prepares daily programme? 12 cultural organisations and projects will be presented in this block, as examples of good, sustainable practices that could inspire in challenging times.
