Magdalena Jadwiga Härtelova
Magdalena Jadwiga Härtelova is a Czech-Sorbian curator and artist living in Berlin. They run the Mehringplatz 20 bedroom gallery and, together with Cassie Thornton and others, are one of the co-conspirator of The Hologram project, a peer-to-peer care protocol practiced from couches all over the world. Their ongoing projects involve the temporary university for post-artistic practices It’s All About Education at Studio Alta in Prague, practical accessibility training for art institutions, strategizing for curating towards the end of Art-as-we-know-it, and connecting with initiatives organizing towards cooperatively created health autonomy. Härtelova received her MA degree in Curatorial Practice program at California College of the Arts.
