We are a network of grassroots cultural centres with members in 36 European countries

We convert abandoned buildings across Europe into vibrant centres for arts and culture. By doing so, we transform our communities, our neighbourhoods, our cities. And to achieve this, we use the most sophisticated tool in our toolkit: creativity and imagination. We are Trans Europe Halles.
