Why SHIFT + CULTURE:
What does it mean to 'shift' culture in a time of constant change? SHIFT + CULTURE invites us to explore the evolution of culture in the digital age, while honoring Latvia’s rich heritage. By blending these elements into a dynamic structure, the event becomes a meaningful reflection of shifting paradigms, collective progress, and the future of cultural spaces in a digital world. As we come together for our 100th gathering, expect insightful discussions, fresh perspectives, and a vision that continues to evolve beyond this event.
