Act on social justice! Read CTM Artistic Statement
It is time to act on social justice! The Artistic Statement of Cultural Transformation Movement project is out today. Join the call for social justice & share the statement within your professional and personal networks!
From the CTM project's Artistic Statement: "What we share here is an unfinished, deliberately unpolished, growing work in progress that connects to the ancient futures of the struggles and visions of so-called "underrepresented communities". In that wider sense the work continues until transformation in the cultural field and with it and beyond the eco-social world as a whole is achieved".
- This is the Artistic Statement of the 6 artists/agents-of-change or AoCs in Italy, Belgium, Austria and Ukraine of the Cultural Transformation Movement project: Araba Evelyn Johnston-Arthur, Elie Laucher, Emanuele Arturo Miceli, Kseniia Ulianova, Dounia Mahammed, Mira Bryssinck.
- Collaborating with the 4 centers-of-change or CoCs:
- IZOLYATSIA. Platform for cultural initiatives from Donetsk/Kyiv
- Kunstencentrum VIERNULVIER from Ghent
- Brunnenpassage from Vienna
- Zo centro culture contemporanee from Sicily - all Trans Europe Halles members that are in the process of transformation within, outside and together towards social justice and more diversity in arts and culture.
- Under the facilitation of the Cultural Transformation Movement project's Artistic Transformation Facilitator Laura Camacho Salgado.
- Delivered in 7 languages: English, Ukrainian, Italian, Dutch, German, Swedish, Arabic.
