The journey begins!
Four emerging and independent creative collectives will embark on a nine-months journey guided by two expert mentor who will provide them with the essential tools and know-how to construct a viable tomorrow within the independent cultural sphere.
This edition's mentors will be:
- Elefterios Kechagioglou, director of Le Plus Petit Cirque du Monde - Centre Culturel de Rencontre, established member of our network.
- Kaspars Kondratjuks, board member of Kaņepes Contemporary Culture Centre, long-standing member of our network.
The participants will also have the possibility to win the The Philippe Grombeer Award, a money prize of 5000 euros named after our beloved founder, cofounded by Les Halles de Schaerbeek!

Meet the Participants
- Cultterra, Eleusis, Greece. Built on an abandoned football field.
- CreateCulture Space, Vilnius, Lithuania. Their building was at first the residence of a Jewish-Belarusian poet, after functioned as a psychotherapist's office, with minimal public involvement.
- Fukušima, Riga, Latvia. The space was originally a port and metalworks, then got transformed into an auto repair service and workers' sauna.
- Žižkárna, České Budějovice, Czechia. Once military barracks that are no longer in use.
