Open Call for International Mentors to Join the Pool of Supporters for Cultural Transformation Movement (CTM) project

We invite passionate and experienced supporters, mentors in a flexible & volunteer-based role, from around the globe to be a part of a journey with the Cultural Transformation Movement (CTM) - project aimed at diversifying artistic production and fostering social justice through cultural engagement. This four-year initiative funded by the Creative Europe programme of the European Union, implemented by an alliance of Trans Europe Halles members - multidisciplinary art centers in Belgium, Austria, Italy and Ukraine & coordinated by Trans Europe Halles, seeks to bring about transformative change within organizations and communities by fully engaging underrepresented communities.

Join us If you:

• Are committed to dedicating up to 1-2H each month for the greater good.
• Have expertise in areas relevant to the project's goals such as social justice, diversity and inclusion.
• Have a strong desire to collaborate with a network of artists, cultural practitioners, and organizations across Europe.
• Are committed to fostering environments where diverse voices are heard, respected, and celebrated.
• Would like to have your profile prominently featured on the main Trans Europe Halles website as a Cultural Transformation Movement mentor.

At CTM project, we are looking for:

• Visionaries who can inspire, guide, and mentor within a transnational framework, contributing to a rich exchange of ideas and practices across Europe.
• Experts in cultural management, artistic creation, and community engagement, with a deep commitment to social justice and diversity.
• Individuals experienced working effectively with and within underrepresented communities and ready to share their thoughts through guidance and support.

What you will do:

• Participate in an offline or “digital coffee” with artists and creatives coming from underrepresented communities.
• Share your expertise and insights, suggestions, experiences and thoughts on how artists and creatives coming from underrepresented communities could progress with their projects, ideas and professional careers.
• Contribute to a European-wide Cultural Transformation Movement that champions cultural diversity and social justice.
